Steak/pizza knife 11.5 cm Polywood

A serrated steak/pizza knife that, despite its wooden handle, is dishwasher safe. The Polywood used in the handle is a composite material consisting of wood veneers and resin. The veneers are stacked and impregnated with resin, after which they are pressed tightly together and the resin is hardened by heating. This method preserves the natural appearance of the wood while each veneer is covered with a polymer material that protects the wood from moisture and microbes, making the product dishwasher-safe. Polywood material is made from FSC-certified pine, and the metal parts are stainless steel. Limited 5-year warranty.
