Terms of Delivery and Contract
General
RNTM Trading Oy, business ID: FI28221745, address: Sepäntie 20 D, 27510 Eura, sells products to companies and adults in the EU area. These terms of delivery apply to ordering products from our online store and similar deliveries.
These terms of delivery are valid from May 10, 2023. We may unilaterally change the terms of delivery from time to time, so please familiarize yourself with our terms of delivery each time before ordering products from our online store.
Products and product prices
The features and prices of the products in the online store are presented in connection with the product description of each product. We reserve the right to change prices and delivery costs, so please check these prices in the shopping cart before accepting the order. Product prices, which appear in the shopping cart and order confirmation.
Delivery costs
Any delivery costs charged for the order depend on the product itself (e.g. weight, packaging) and the chosen delivery method, and they are automatically added to the total amount of the order. You can see the delivery costs charged for your order (if delivery costs are charged) in your shopping cart before you accept the order.
Ordering and contract
You can order products from our online store's website by adding them to the shopping cart, confirming the order, and paying for the contents of the shopping cart in the payment service. When ordering from our online store, you are assumed to have read and committed to our current terms of delivery. You understand that your accepted and confirmed order is, except for what is later mentioned about the right of cancellation, binding and forms a contract between us with these terms of delivery.
Payment and payment methods
You can pay for your order with the payment methods described in the online store and available in the shopping cart.
E-invoice
E-invoice is intended only for companies, communities, and municipalities.

Order and payment confirmation
After a successful order, an order confirmation will be sent to your email, so please provide your email address when placing an order. The order confirmation also confirms the payment method used.
If for some unexpected reason we cannot confirm your order, we will notify you by email as soon as possible.
Delivery method
We deliver your order by one of the delivery methods mentioned on our website that you choose when placing your order. RNTM Trading Oy is not responsible if ordered packages arrive for pickup at a pickup point other than the one specified by the customer.
To save the environment, we recycle packaging materials whenever possible.
Delay and partial delivery
We at GN-Store do our best to ensure that every delivery reaches our customer on time, but as unfortunate as it is, sometimes delays occur. We cannot guarantee that an order will arrive on a specific day. If the delivery of a product is delayed, we will contact you by email. If an order contains several products from different suppliers, the shipment may arrive to the customer in several parts. Delayed orders are always prioritized and are delivered as quickly as possible.
Delivery time
Our most common delivery times for products shipped from our warehouse to Finland and the Nordic countries are 1-5 days, depending on the order and delivery method. More precise times are indicated in days in connection with product options. The stated delivery time is an estimate and is not binding on RNTM Trading Oy. Delivery time refers to the time when the product leaves for the customer. RNTM Trading Oy is not responsible for delays in transport services.
Thank you in advance for noting that due to the current situation, there may be small delays in deliveries, but we strive to deliver orders as quickly as possible.
Right of cancellation and return conditions
If you are a consumer, you have the right under the Finnish Consumer Protection Act to cancel your order by notifying us no later than 30 days after receiving the goods or the last batch of goods, or, if it is a regular delivery of goods, after receiving the first batch of goods.
Free exchange and return rights apply to consumers. If a business customer wishes to return an order or exchange products, the business itself is responsible for paying the costs incurred from the return and exchange.
Before making a return, the customer must always first contact our customer service by email at info@gn-store.com, where more detailed instructions for making the return will be provided.
The cancellation notification must be made clearly, for example, using our cancellation form, to our email below, or with a written notification delivered with the returned goods. Please add the reason for your return to the additional information of the cancellation notification.
The right of cancellation only applies, and consequently, returned products must be in their original packaging, unused, and well packaged for return, meaning they must be in a resalable condition upon receipt. If a returned product has been used contrary to the buyer's statutory duty of care, the company has the right to charge for the depreciation up to the full price of the product, including return costs.
If the purchase is canceled, the goods must be returned without delay and no later than 30 days after making the cancellation notification to our Return Address mentioned below. The returning party must, if necessary, prove that the goods have been returned within the deadline, for example, with a return receipt. If you cancel the order, we will refund all payments received from you for our returned products, including the delivery costs you paid, after we have received and inspected the return. If you return only part of your order, then naturally the delivery costs will not be refunded.
An unclaimed order/failure to pick up a package does not meet the conditions for the right of cancellation. For unclaimed packages, we charge the customer for delivery costs in both directions and a handling fee of €20.00.
When returning a delivered order, include your name and contact information, as well as your bank account number for the refund.
We will refund the money paid for the order without delay in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act.

Order cancellation
We sell products that suppliers have in stock. We can never fully guarantee that a delivery will reach the customer on a specific day. We also reserve the right to cancel a purchase. Sometimes it can happen that the balances provided to us by suppliers are not always up-to-date, and if an ordered product has run out, or is no longer available for one reason or another, it will be canceled from the customer's order and will not be delivered at a later date. If an order is canceled, the customer will be notified by email.
Shipment inspection, defects and problem situations
Please check the delivery immediately upon receipt. If the package or its contents have been damaged during transport, report it to the transport service (Posti, Matkahuolto) when receiving the package. In consumer trade, we comply with the mandatory defect liability provisions of the Consumer Protection Act regarding defects.

Limitation of Liability
RNTM Trading Oy is not responsible for any indirect or direct or other damage related to the order, delivery, or product, or arising from any of the above, except to the extent that a mandatory provision in the Consumer Protection Act or other mandatory law has otherwise stipulated for such damage.
Disputes
We aim to resolve any disputes regarding your order primarily by agreement, so please contact our Customer Service first to resolve the matter.
If a dispute concerning a sales contract cannot be resolved through negotiations between the parties, the consumer can refer the matter to the Consumer Disputes Board (www.kuluttajariita.fi). Before taking the matter to the Consumer Disputes Board, the consumer should contact the consumer advisory services of the local register offices (www.kuluttajaneuvonta.fi).
