Can I place an order over the phone?

Unfortunately, due to security reasons, we are currently unable to accept orders over the phone. You can safely place and pay for your order in our online store.


Is it safe to pay in the online store?

Payment connections for all payment methods in our online store are always encrypted from outsiders, so paying is 100% safe.


Can I place an order without registering?

Of course you can. However, registration is recommended as it allows you to view your previous orders.


I placed an order, but I did not receive an order confirmation. Did my order go through?

An order confirmation is always sent automatically when an order is successfully placed. If you do not receive an order confirmation and it has not accidentally gone to spam, please contact customer service at info@gn-store.com


How long does it take for my order to be delivered?

Normally, the delivery time is 1-5 business days. If the delivery time extends beyond 5 days, we will contact you regarding the matter.


My order did not arrive at the parcel locker I selected. Why?

The most common reason nowadays is that the lockers of the parcel machine you selected are full, and for that simple reason, your package cannot be delivered to them. Another reason may be that the shipment is too large for the selected machine. In these cases, the shipment will be delivered to the nearest pick-up point to the parcel machine you selected. The arrival notification will tell you where you can pick up the package.


Does GN-Store have a physical store?

GN-Store operates solely as an online store. The address mentioned on the pages in Eura is our warehouse address.

Can I pick up my order from the GN-Store warehouse?

Unfortunately, we currently do not offer pickup as a delivery option. We deliver all orders via Posti or Matkahuolto.


What kind of warranty do the products have?

Different products have different warranty periods and conditions. If a warranty period is not specifically mentioned on the product page, it is generally one year from the date of purchase.


I want to cancel my order. What should I do?

If the order has not yet been delivered, you can cancel it using the Cancellation Form included with the order confirmation, or by immediately contacting our customer service at info@gn-store.com. After delivery, it is no longer possible to cancel the order.


I want to make a return. What should I do?

As a consumer customer, you can return your entire order or part of it free of charge. You can get Posti's free return number from our customer service at info@gn-store.com. The returned product must be in condition according to the Terms of Delivery to receive a full refund.


What country is GN-Store's online store from?

GN-Store is a 100% Finnish online store, owned by RNTM Trading Oy, founded in 2017.
