Ingredients
1 pc apple
1 pc orange
2 pcs plums
2 pcs kale leaves
1 dl apple juice
1 tbsp soy protein powder, optional
Instructions
1. Peel the apple and orange. Remove pits from plums and chop the fruit. Remove the stems from kale.
2. Put all ingredients into a blender and blend until the smoothie is smooth.
