Ingredients

 

1 dl rice (jasmine or basmati)

2 dl water

salt

 

Instructions

 

 

1. Bring water and salt to a boil. Add rice and cook for about 12 minutes on low heat with the lid on until all liquid has been absorbed.

 

2. Remove from heat and let rest with the lid on for at least 5 minutes.
