Ingredients

 

500 g floury potatoes, peeled

250 g butter

125 g full-fat milk

salt

 

 

 

Instructions

 

 

1. Halve the peeled potatoes and boil until tender, about 20 minutes. In another saucepan, melt the butter and add the milk. Heat, but do not boil.

 

2. Mash the potatoes and pour the butter-milk mixture into the potatoes. Mix thoroughly and season with salt.
