Ingredients
400 g minced meat
1 onion, finely chopped
1 tbsp butter
1 dl cream
0.5 dl breadcrumbs
1 egg
1-2 tsp salt
black pepper
Instructions
1. Fry the onion in butter and let the mixture cool.
2. Mix the cream, egg, and breadcrumbs. Let it swell while the onion-butter mixture cools.
3. Thoroughly mix all ingredients. Season with salt and pepper. Taste to adjust seasoning.
4. Form the mixture into meatballs weighing about 30-40 grams each.
5. Cook until done either in a pan with a butter-oil mixture or in the oven at 200 degrees Celsius for about 15 minutes.
Serve with your desired sauce or just as they are.
