Ingredients

 

2 dl whipping cream

2 dl chicken or beef broth (e.g., Puljonki, Sooci, or other high-quality broth, NOT fond or cube)

 

salt

black pepper

 

 

 

Instructions

 

 

1. Pour the cream and broth into a sufficiently large pot. Bring to a boil, reduce the heat, and let it gently simmer until the sauce is reduced to about half of its original amount.

 

2. When the sauce is thick enough, season with salt and pepper.
